The Latest SignalCalc 900 v3.0 Software Adds New Measurements and Enhancements – Elevating your Test and Measurement Performance
This version brings Multi Shaker Random to the 900 Series, a big milestone which will allow Data Physics to continue our MIMO R&D and shape the growing field. SignalCalc v3.0 also includes Sine Data Reduction – which serves as both an analyzer and a critical safety system for satellite testing.

New Measurements
Multi-Shaker (MIMO) Random
With Multi-Shaker Random Control, you can control 2-24+ shakers oriented in any configuration. The control software includes advanced control algorithms to handle overdetermined, underdetermined, modal/IMMAT scenarios, and includes the ability to perform response limiting. MIMO Random Control on the 900 Series couples the widely acclaimed SignalStar Matrix (700 Series) MIMO algorithms with the ease-of-use and modern interface of the 900 Series platform.
Sine Data Reduction
Sine Data Reduction is an Analyzer measurement that is employed during a swept sine test under the direction of a vibration controller, providing additional measurement channels to supplement the controller. The Sine Reduction system allows abort tolerances to be defined for any channel, and if these tolerances are exceeded, the system will send a low-latency signal to abort the test.
Analyzer and Controller Enhancements
Signal Selector Enhancements
Right-clicking on a signal in the Signal Selector will add the selected signal without re-aligning the signal list.
Display Controller Profiles when Software is Idle
All vibration controller tests now display the reference and tolerance profiles in their plots when a test is open but not running. This simplifies the process of setting up plots prior to running a test and makes it easier for the operator to know what test they are about to run.
Mixed Mode (Sine-on-Random) Enhancements
In a Sine-on-Random Control test, sine components can now be run outside the broadband Random frequency range. Control of the Sine components have also been improved.
Matlab Import/Export Enhancements
When exporting long time histories to Matlab, they are now exported to a single array in the Matlab format instead of an individual vector per channel. The speed in which Matlab files are imported/exported has also been significantly improved.
Mil-810H TE/Te Tolerance Displays in SRS Shock
The Mil-810 profile editor now displays all Mil-810 definitions of effective duration TE and Te. The different revisions of Mil-810 can be selected for display in the test setup editor.
Faster Graph Updates
Plots have been enhanced, and they now update more frequently while a test is executing.
