Be sure to stop by booth L20. Our experts are ready to discuss your vibration, acoustic, and environmental testing initiatives.

Expect Mission Success with Data Physics and Team Corporation

At Space-Comm Expo Europe, Data Physics is especially relevant because vibration and environmental testing are critical to ensuring that spacecraft, satellites, communication hardware and ground-support equipment withstand launch loads, thermal cycles and operational stresses.

By enabling high-fidelity simulation of extreme conditions, Data Physics and their partner company, Team Corporation – (members of the NVT Group)  – help space organisations reduce technical risk, improve design confidence and deliver robust, mission-ready systems for resilient space communications and advanced space programmes.

Together, Data Physics and Team Corporation deliver complete solutions that include: test system design, signal analyzers, vibration controllers, electrodynamic and hydraulic test systems and components, acoustic test systems, software, application expertise and training… and of course, global service and support.

Trusted by world leaders in defense and aerospace: RAL Space, Terran Orbital, Loft Orbital, Orbitworks, Lockheed Martin, Amazon, York Aerospace, Sierra Space, BAE Systems, Ball Aerospace, SpaceX, Impulse Space, K2 Space, NASA…

Whether you’re building CubeSats, deploying constellations, or preparing your spacecraft for launch qualification, our experts will be onsite to:

  • Help you define vibration and acoustic test protocols and design systems customized to your mission requirements.
  • Demonstrate how our solutions support compliance with standards, reduce risk, and streamline environmental qualification.
  • Share case studies and lessons learned from real satellite testing programs—we’ve helped teams of all sizes achieve mission success.

Stop by booth L20 to discuss your future initiatives with our technical staff.

Conferences at Space‑Comm aren’t just sessions, they’re strategic platforms designed to move the industry forward.

Across two high‑impact days, our conferences bring together the people shaping the future of space: government leaders, global primes, pioneering SMEs, investors, innovators, and mission‑driven specialists from across defence, civil, and commercial sectors.

Expect sharp, focused content that cuts through the noise. This is where the space industry meets its future!

One-of-a-Kind Test Systems for NASA’s Space Environments Complex

Located in Sandusky, Ohio at the Neil A. Armstrong Test Facility, the Space Environments Complex (SEC) houses the largest and most powerful space environment simulation facilities in the world. This includes the largest space simulation vacuum chamber, most powerful spacecraft Reverberant Acoustic Test Facility (RATF),  and the world’s highest capacity and most powerful spacecraft shaker system – the Mechanical Vibration Facility (MVF).

Designed and implemented the vibration test system at NASA Armstrong that enabled multi-shaker 6‑DoF testing of NASA’s Orion-Artemis and the Sierra Space Dream Chaser space plane:

  • Coordination of four horizontal and sixteen vertical shakers.
  • Minimization of off-axis motion for tall CG spacecraft via Data Physics advanced MIMO control.

State‐of‐the‐Art Satellite Test Facility in the UK
Designed horizontal and vertical vibration systems for RAL Space’s National Satellite Test Facility, capable of testing satellites up to 7 tons using:

The Tensor 18kN™ represents cutting edge technology in multi-axis testing. The system is designed to be over-determined – utilizing proprietary oil-cooled ED shakers for excitation out to 2,000 Hz.

High‑Frequency 6‑Degree‑of‑Freedom (6‑DoF) Vibration Systems
Developed the Tensor™ 18 kN (18 kN/axis, 5 Hz–2 kHz) for high‑frequency, real-world simulation:

  • Precise control across all axes including rotations
  • Ideal for avionics, PCB, guidance systems, and sub‑assembly testing under MIL‑STD‑810G protocols
The T-Film Bearing Tables (TB) Our most advanced slip table system. Bearings are provided by our partner company, Team Corporation. The modular bearings afford flexible configuration plus high load capacity at 6,500 lbs (2950 kg) per bearing, and significantly higher stiffness. T-Film tables use precision aluminum filler blocks instead of granite for the oil film support.
